Credit Europe Bank’s periodic report (Q1 2022) on availability and performance is now accessible


The PSD2 performance and availability statistics on dedicated and internal interfaces are published on Credit Europe Bank website and can be reviewed at any time. This reports serve to provide information of how Credit Europe Bank is performing in the provision of dedicated and internal interfaces. The data will be updated on a quarterly basis.

How to setup the interconnection on the production APIs


  • The communication between the TPP and the Bank is always secured by using a TLS-connection Mutual authentication using TLS version 1.2.
  • This TLS-connection is initiated by the TPP.
  • The TLS-connection has to be established always including client (i.e. TPP) authentication.
  • For this authentication the TPP has to use a qualified certificate for website authentication (QWAC).

Credit Europe Bank N.V.’s dedicated interface for PSD2 is live


Starting from 14th June 2019, Credit Europe Bank N.V. has enabled its dedicated interface for PSD2. TPPs will be able to use all account information and payment initiation related services (AIS and PIS) supported by Credit Europe Bank N.V.’s dedicated interface for Credit Europe Bank N.V.’s corporate customers.

Furthermore starting from 14th June 2019 TPPs need to have a valid client QWAC certificate to perform tests on Credit Europe Bank N.V.’s testing facility (sandbox).

Credit Europe Bank launches Developer Portal for PSD2


Starting from today Credit Europe Bank N.V. provides Third Party Providers (TPPs) access to its developer portal and sandbox, where TPPs can find details on how to connect to the dedicated interface of Credit Europe Bank N.V. and perform functional tests. The dedicated interface for PSD2 will only be available for corporate accounts.Our retail banking customer accounts are not payment accounts, hence out of scope of PSD2.
